TourRadar, the world's largest organized adventure booking platform has announced the return of its Guide of the Year Awards, aimed at recognizing and celebrating the contributions of tour guides worldwide. The winners will be collectively awarded a $10,000 prize pool at the end of the year.

"We are excited to relaunch the Guide of the Year Awards once again," said Travis Pittman, CEO and Co-Founder of TourRadar. "Tour guides are the unsung heroes of the travel industry, and it's our honor to shine a spotlight on their exceptional talents and contributions."

Travelers are encouraged to leave reviews on TourRadar.com and share their experiences. For a review to count, travelers must rate the guide in the “guide rating” section in the adventure review process. Each review will help the guide get closer to the grand prize.

The Guide of the Year winners will be selected based on various factors, including the quality and quantity of reviews received, engagement with travelers, and overall impact on the organized adventures community.

In addition to celebrating individual excellence, TourRadar's Guide of the Year Awards embodies a broader purpose: recognizing outstanding guides who are often the catalyst for a memorable vacation. Through stories, these awards elevate the guides' status and inspire others to discover the joy of travel with a guide by their side.
